School Speech Language Pathologist - Port Orchard, Washington

Embark on a rewarding opportunity serving students as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a dynamic school environment near Port Orchard, WA. Immediate openings are available for SLPs passionate about making a difference in the lives of K–12 learners. Choose from two full-time positions (7.5 hours per day, 37.5 hours/week) or a part-time role (.8 FTE, 4 days/week), all in-person and offering a collaborative atmosphere through the end of the 2026–2027 academic year.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Current Washington SLP License
- Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certification
- Experience with school-based speech therapy at elementary or high school levels
- Completion of fingerprinting requirements through OSPI
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Commitment to supporting diverse student populations
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and deliver individualized speech-language therapy services according to IEPs
- Serve students in elementary (2 positions) or high school (1 position) settings
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families
- Document progress, maintain accurate records, and comply with state and district policies
- Foster a supportive, inclusive environment encouraging students’ communication growth
