Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state SLP licensure or eligible for licensure in WA
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) highly desirable, but Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) applicants are encouraged to apply
- Experience in school settings and/or pediatric populations is preferred
- Strong organizational, assessment, and communication abilities
- Commitment to evidence-based practices and ongoing professional development
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
- Deliver evidence-based therapy for a variety of speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support each child’s learning journey
- Attend and participate in IEP meetings and professional trainings as needed
- Contribute insights for program development and student progress monitoring
