Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Poulsbo, WA

You'll provide essential speech-language services to students across all grade levels. Most positions are full time (37.5 hours per week), and there is also a .7 full time option. Caseloads typically remain at or below 48 students, though they may occasionally range up to 60, offering opportunities for both variety and meaningful one-on-one engagement.
Qualifications:
- Valid ESA (Educational Staff Associate) certificate for Washington State
- Active WA SLP License
- CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) required
- Must be fingerprinted through OSPI
- School-based SLP experience preferred
- Commitment to in-person services only
- Strong communication, collaboration, and time management skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals tailored to individual needs
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to foster student growth
- Maintain detailed and compliant documentation
- Support students across diverse grade levels and abilities
- Participate actively in team meetings and professional development
