School Speech Language Pathologist - Port Orchard, Washington

Key Qualifications:
- Active Washington SLP license (must include ESA certification)
- CCC-SLP designation required
- Previous school-based SLP experience highly preferred
- Strong collaboration and organizational skills
- Passion for working with diverse student populations
- Commitment to providing evidence-based, individualized therapy
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to caseloads of approximately 45 at the secondary and 42 at the elementary level
- Assess and identify students with communication needs using standardized tools and observations
- Develop and implement IEPs tailored to each student’s goals and needs
- Maintain accurate records, progress reports, and compliance with all state and federal guidelines
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to maximize student outcomes
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to educational planning
- Provide consultations and recommendations for classroom accommodations and modifications
