Preferred Experience & Credentials:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Florida SLP license (or eligibility)
- Proficiency with high school student caseloads preferred
- SLP-CCC or candidates completing CFY considered
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating as part of a school-based team
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with communication disorders
- Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions to high school students, both individually and in groups
- Maintain thorough documentation of evaluations, progress, and recommendations
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary teams
- Provide progress updates and recommendations for ongoing student development
