Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist in Pawnee, OK
A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available in Ponca City, OK, serving an elementary school setting. This role focuses on providing school-based speech-language services to students from PreK through 5th grade, supporting approximately 50 students on the caseload. The position is contract to hire with an anticipated start date as soon as possible.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech-language assessments and evaluations
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Provide direct therapy services to PreK–5th grade students
- Attend and participate in IEP meetings
- Manage an itinerant caseload with potential paid travel
Qualifications and Certifications:
- Oklahoma SLP License
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Experience in school-based speech-language pathology preferred
- Ability to work with elementary-aged students (PreK–5)
- Fingerprinting clearance prior to start
Position Details:
- Full-time schedule: 37.5 hours per week (7.5 hours per day), 5 days per week
- Contract to hire with an end date at the completion of the school year (exact date to be confirmed)
- Interview options include Zoom or in-person sessions
