4th Grade Elementary SLP in Birmingham, AL

Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Active state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology or eligibility to obtain prior to start
- Experience working with pediatric populations in elementary, middle, or high school settings preferred
- Ability to develop and implement IEPs and work collaboratively with other educational professionals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organizational skills to manage a varied caseload and meet deadlines
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, and communication concerns across grades K-12
- Maintain accurate documentation and manage IEPs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Provide both direct and consultative services
- Contribute to team meetings and professional development
