Required Qualifications:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in New York
- Experience working in school settings preferred
- Ability to provide services K-12th grade (specific student assignments TBD)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Solid knowledge of assessment, intervention, and documentation in educational environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments for students as referred
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
- Deliver direct and consultative SLP services in alignment with student IEPs
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate records and reports in compliance with school and state standards
- Provide support and resources to staff and families to enhance student communication success
