Key Qualifications:

- Comprehensive understanding of pediatric speech and language disorders
- Ability to craft and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Skilled in collaborating with educational teams and families
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to preschool students in a classroom setting
- Assess, diagnose, and treat communication disorders in alignment with students’ IEP goals
- Consult with teachers and other school staff to coordinate student support strategies
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation of student progress and intervention outcomes
- Engage with families to discuss progress and provide relevant resources
