Key Qualifications:
- Valid California SLP license (or eligibility for licensure)
- SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellow year (CFY) candidates will be considered
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and manage diverse caseloads
- Prior experience within a school setting is a plus, but not required
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, communication, or swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement therapy plans individualized to each student’s needs
- Work closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to coordinate services and support student progress
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation as required for school compliance
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student goal planning
This role offers a competitive hourly pay rate ranging from $65 to $80 for on-site assignments, reflecting experience and qualifications.
