What we’re looking for:
- Valid California licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Eligibility for or possession of Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience or strong interest in working with K-8 students
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, school-based team environment
- Willingness to work on-site at one primary location, or virtually (must reside in CA)
- Familiarity with IEP process and relevant documentation
What you'll do:
- Deliver engaging, effective therapy to K-8 students, fostering growth in speech and language development
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to design and implement IEPs and intervention plans
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation and reporting
- Provide both direct and consultative services, adjusting strategies to meet each child’s unique needs
- Serve as a helpful resource for staff by sharing expertise about communication challenges and solutions
- Participate in meetings, reviews, and school initiatives as needed
You’ll be compensated for your expertise, with a pay range between $65-80 per hour for on-site service.
