Qualifications and Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist license in Minnesota
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA required
- Prior experience in a school-based setting strongly preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of IEP processes and special education compliance
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students
- Provide direct therapy to students in both individual and group settings
- Regularly document student progress and communicate updates to parents, teachers, and staff
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and collaborate on student-centered solutions
- Offer guidance and strategies to educators for classroom carry-over of communication goals
