Qualifications & Desired Experience:

- Ability to create individualized treatment plans and effectively document student progress
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to assigned caseload of students
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Conduct assessments and interpret results to guide intervention
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to maximize student growth
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
- Offer consultation and training to classroom staff as needed
