Work full-time, Monday through Friday, in a contract SLP position offering the opportunity to serve a diverse student population in a collaborative school environment near Glendale, AZ. With multiple caseload options available, including approximately 50 students per caseload, you’ll have the chance to match your strengths and interests.
Key Qualifications:
- Active Arizona Speech-Language Pathologist license
- Current Department of Education Certification
- Valid IVP fingerprint clearance card
- Prior pediatric experience highly preferred
- Ability to supervise SLPA
- Clinical Fellows (CFY) with strong clinical skills are encouraged to apply
Core Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders for a school-based caseload
- Develop and implement individualized therapy programs and IEP goals
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and allied professionals to ensure holistic student progress
- Direct and mentor SLPA(s) as needed, ensuring high-quality service delivery
- Maintain detailed records, progress reports, and required documentation in compliance with state and district guidelines
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and professional development relevant to the needs of a school setting
