Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
- Supervisor experience required, with a proven track record of mentorship or supervision in an educational setting
- Valid Arizona IVP fingerprint clearance card
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Deep understanding of K-8 developmental and educational needs
- Flexibility regarding hours, which will be determined based on program requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor SLPs and SLP Assistants, ensuring best practices and compliance with district and state guidelines
- Manage a diverse caseload of K-8 students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and monitor student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support optimal educational outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation for all assigned students
- Attend and contribute to staff meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development
