What you’ll bring:
- Valid and active Pennsylvania Teaching Certificate
- Active Speech-Language Pathology Certificate (SLP-CCC required)
- Experience working with school-aged children preferred
- Ability to manage a caseload spanning various ages and communication needs
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to partner with staff, students, and families
- Flexibility to work across multiple campus locations
What you’ll do:
- Deliver speech and language services to a blend of elementary, middle, and high school students
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and create targeted treatment goals
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support each student’s progress
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and state regulations
- Adapt strategies to serve a diverse caseload, assisting students in developing effective communication skills
- Provide consultative services and training as needed for faculty and family members
This role is 35 hours per week during the school year, giving you stability while impacting students where it matters most. You’ll have the chance to work closely with dedicated professionals and make a direct difference in student learning experiences.
