Qualifications:
- Current Pennsylvania Teaching Certificate
- Active SLP Certificate (CCC required)
- Prior experience in school-based settings strongly preferred
- Adaptability to work across elementary, middle, and high school populations
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with educators, administrators, and families
- Dedicated to supporting students of varying abilities and backgrounds
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting assessments, developing individualized education plans (IEPs), and providing direct therapy
- Partnering with teachers and families to optimize student outcomes
- Documenting progress and maintaining compliance with all state and federal regulations
- Offering consultative support to staff within each building to promote best practices
