Speech Language Pathologist in Philadelphia, PA

Multiple contract opportunities are open for experienced Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) looking to support students’ communication skills and learning potential. With both full-time and part-time positions available, these roles offer flexibility and the chance to work with various age groups, primarily serving school-aged children.
You’ll address a range of student needs and manage different caseloads. Assignments may be based in districts currently including Reading, Lansdowne, and Downington, though flexibility to respond to shifting needs (such as filling in for staff leaves) is important. Some assignments may be shorter-term, while others could extend for a longer period depending on district requirements.
Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Eligible for state licensure as an SLP in Pennsylvania
- Experience in educational settings strongly preferred
- Ability to connect with diverse learners and collaborate with school teams
- Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills
- Flexibility to work across different age groups and locations as assigned
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
- Provide direct intervention services to students
- Collaborate with educational staff, families, and other professionals
- Maintain records and progress reports in compliance with school and state requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings as needed
