A dynamic opportunity is available for contract Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) with CCC certification to provide services in several communities, including Broomall, Upper Darby, Drexel Hill, Aston, Ridley/Woodlyn, and Springfield.
Enjoy the flexibility of part-time or full-time options—work between two and five days per week depending on your schedule and preference. These itinerant positions offer a chance to visit multiple preschools and work with varied caseloads, making each day fresh and engaging. Immediate needs include full-time SLPs for the Drexel Hill/Upper Darby and Aston areas, a part-time SLP for a smaller caseload in Ridley/Woodlyn (and possibly Springfield), and full-time SLPs for the Low Incidence Program.
Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and active PA state license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Experience in school settings preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to commute within assigned locations as part of an itinerant role
- Passion for supporting young children’s communication needs and developmental goals
Primary Responsibilities:
- Travel among designated preschool sites to deliver speech therapy services
- Assess students’ communication abilities and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers and family members to support student progress
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
