Ideal candidates will bring:
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience supporting pediatric or elementary-aged students, preferably within a school setting
- Skills in conducting evaluations, developing individualized education plans (IEPs), and implementing therapy sessions
- Familiarity with teletherapy platforms is a plus
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, administrators, and families
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing direct and indirect speech-language services to students in K-4
- Conducting screenings, assessments, and maintaining accurate records
- Collaborating on multidisciplinary teams to create effective intervention strategies
- Participating in IEP meetings and progress monitoring
- Engaging with families to support student success at home and school
