School Speech Language Pathologist - Petaluma, California

You’ll play a vital role on campus, working alongside teachers and multidisciplinary teams to deliver speech-language services that foster student growth from now through June 10, 2027.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Active California Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) license required
- CCC-SLP certification strongly preferred
- Direct experience in school-based settings serving elementary and/or middle school students
- Familiarity with case management, IEP processes, and collaboration within educational teams
- Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Please note: SLPA credentials are not being considered for this position
- Onsite work is required; remote work is not available
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Conduct therapy sessions and monitor student progress
- Provide consultative support to teachers and families
- Maintain detailed and timely records in compliance with school and state requirements
- Travel between two designated school locations as needed during the week
