School Speech Language Pathologist - Novato, CA

Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Current, active California Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) license required
- Experience working within school settings, particularly with elementary and middle school populations
- Ability to manage and balance a diverse caseload across multiple locations
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- SLPA credentials are not accepted for this role
Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and provide individualized and group speech-language therapy
- Develop, implement, and update IEPs in collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams
- Document student progress, maintain accurate records, and communicate regularly with parents and staff
- Actively participate in team meetings and school initiatives
- Travel between two campus sites to meet student needs
