Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows considered
- Previous experience working with elementary-aged children a plus
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders to elementary school students
- Develop and implement tailored therapy plans to support each student’s communication needs
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to foster student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and state requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the overall academic success of students
