Key Qualifications:
- Active Indiana SLP license and current DOE certification required
- SLP-CCC credentials preferred, as well as prior experience in school-based settings
- Strong skills in test administration, assessment, and individualized education planning
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration abilities for working with staff, students, and families
- Enthusiasm for fostering students’ development and success
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy to students across K-12 caseloads
- Conduct formal assessments and evaluations to identify student needs
- Participate in IEP meetings and aid in the development of individualized educational plans
- Consult and collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to achieve student goals
- Maintain accurate records and document student progress in accordance with district policies
- Remain up-to-date with evidence-based practices and compliance requirements
This role features a consistent, full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week throughout the school year, providing stability and a routine that supports both you and your students.
