This full-time, on-site opening for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow (SLP-CF) offers the opportunity to support students across elementary grades in a dynamic school environment. The position starts ASAP with regular hours from 7:45 AM to 3:45 PM, including a 30-minute lunch break.
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services to students from Pre-K through 5th grade, focusing primarily on mild to moderate articulation and language needs.
- Manage a caseload of approximately 50 students, most of whom receive services while included in general education classrooms.
- Deliver both pull-out and push-in therapy sessions tailored to individual student goals.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational staff to support student progress and adapt therapy plans as needed.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and student progress.
Qualifications:
- Valid certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist or eligibility as an SLP Clinical Fellow.
- Experience working with elementary-aged students (Pre-K to 5).
- Familiarity with caseloads involving mild to moderate articulation and language disorders.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to integrate services within a general education setting.
- Commitment to student-centered and evidence-based therapy practices.
