Key Qualifications:
- Active state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or eligibility at time of hire
- SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY credentials accepted
- Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to organize and manage schedules across two elementary locations
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to elementary-aged students
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to address student needs
- Complete documentation, progress monitoring, and participate in IEP meetings
- Foster a supportive and inclusive learning atmosphere across both buildings
