What We’re Looking For:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
- Valid licensure to practice as an SLP in Texas (or eligibility to obtain)
- Experience working with K-12 students in a school setting preferred
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Ability to develop and implement IEPs tailored to each student’s needs
Your Daily Responsibilities Will Include:
- Conducting assessments and evaluations of students’ speech, language, and communication abilities
- Developing individualized treatment plans and delivering direct therapy services
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support students’ growth
- Documenting progress and providing ongoing communications with IEP teams
- Supporting students’ participation in both academic and social settings
