Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current, valid SLP license for the state of Maryland (or willingness to obtain)
- Prior experience in a K-12 school setting is highly preferred
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage caseloads efficiently and organize documentation
- Collaborative mindset to work effectively with teachers, school staff, and families
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students with communication and language disorders
- Deliver direct therapy services, adapting techniques to meet each student’s unique needs

- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational strategies
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
