Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Parkville, MD

Requirements and Preferred Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.

- Previous experience delivering speech and language services in a K-12 school setting is highly valued.
- Expertise developing and implementing IEPs, providing therapy, and collaborating with teachers and families.
- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork abilities.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students’ speech and language needs.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on IEP goals.
- Deliver direct speech and language intervention for students individually or in group settings.
- Consult with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines.
