Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Bel Air, Maryland

Qualifications:
- Valid Maryland SLP License required
- Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
- CCC-SLP or CFY applicants welcome
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Commitment to providing high-quality therapeutic interventions
Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy services to assigned caseload (elementary through high school students)
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs), and document student progress
- Work collaboratively with educators, families, and related service providers
- Support students with a variety of speech, language, and communication needs
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning
- Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
