Travel School Speech Pathology | Paramount, California

A full-time Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) position supporting K-12 students is available in the Paramount, CA area with travel to up to four school sites within the Los Angeles region. This opportunity offers a dynamic work environment serving school-aged children across multiple locations with a potential contract renewal for the upcoming school year. The role requires a licensed SLP with experience in schools, pediatric healthcare, and teletherapy.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing comprehensive speech and language therapy services to students from kindergarten through 12th grade
- Conducting assessments, creating individualized treatment plans, and monitoring progress
- Collaborating with school staff, families, and other healthcare professionals to support student success
- Delivering therapy services in-person and through teletherapy platforms as needed
- Managing caseload across 1-4 school sites with an 8-hour workday, Monday through Friday
Qualifications:
- Valid SLP credentials, preferably with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Experience working in school settings and pediatric healthcare environments
- Strong skills in teletherapy service delivery
- Ability to travel to multiple school sites within the Los Angeles area
- Eligibility to start within two weeks
- No SLPA or COTA candidates considered for this role
This assignment offers consistent full-time hours with Monday to Friday schedule and the chance to engage with diverse student populations. Interviews will be conducted via Zoom with the program director and administrator, providing a convenient application process.
