Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide services for students in a K–12 school setting in Maryland. This role focuses on supporting students with a wide range of speech, language, and communication needs to help them achieve academic and social success.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments and evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals
- Provide direct therapy services as well as consultative support
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary IEP teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reporting in compliance with guidelines
Requirements:
- Active Maryland SLP license
- Maryland State Department of Education (MSDE) Certification (or eligibility to obtain)
- School-based or pediatric experience preferred, but not required
Position Details:
