Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Oxford, MI

Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience with pediatric and school-based caseloads
- Solid understanding of IEP development and implementation
- Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students in grades K–12 and K–3
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
- Document student performance and maintain accurate, compliant records
- Provide therapy services individually and in small groups to achieve optimal educational outcomes
This role provides a structured schedule of 35 hours per week, Monday through Friday, ensuring consistent support for students and work-life balance for you.
