Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current and active SLP license (or ability to obtain) for the state of Kansas
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows considered
- Experience in pediatric, early childhood, and elementary school settings highly valued
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders among K–12 students
- Develop and implement IEPs tailored to individual student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary staff to create inclusive classroom environments
- Document student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Advocate for students and provide resources to support their growth
