Speech Language Pathologist in Osseo, MN

Key Qualifications:
- Active Minnesota SLP license and professional certification required
- CCC-SLP credential preferred for advanced clinical expertise
- Previous school-based experience strongly valued
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and adapt to varying school settings
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for middle school students
- Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy services, both one-on-one and in group settings
- Consult and collaborate with teachers and parents to integrate therapy goals into students’ daily routines
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to compliance requirements for school-based services
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning and progress reviews
- Travel between split sites as needed, with mileage reimbursed
