Speech Language Pathologist in Hopkins, MN
Make a meaningful impact by supporting middle school students in their communication goals as a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist for the upcoming academic year. This full-time, contract position spans a 1.0 FTE (37.5 hours per week) and will be split between two middle school sites. The assignment runs from September 8, 2026, through June 10, 2027. You'll have the opportunity to collaborate closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to provide the highest level of speech-language services in a supportive school environment.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Active Minnesota SLP License and professional certification (CCC) are required
- Experience working in school settings strongly preferred
- Commitment to delivering evidence-based intervention and assessment
- Strong collaboration and communication abilities
- Ability to adapt to multiple site schedules and needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students
- Conduct screenings, direct therapy, and consultation services
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with educational staff and families
- Provide ongoing support and resources to staff and students
