Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
- Previous experience supporting K-12th grade students preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge of developing and implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with diverse teams
- Ability to work onsite and adapt to the needs of students across various age groups
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and hearing screenings and assessments
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs and educational goals
- Deliver direct therapy services to students in individual or group settings
- Work collaboratively with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Maintain detailed records of assessments, treatment, and student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings, offering expertise to enhance student outcomes
- Provide resources and strategies for teachers and parents to reinforce communication development
