Qualifications & Skills:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current and valid state SLP license (or eligibility to obtain licensure)
- Prior experience in a school-based setting with K-12 students strongly preferred
- Proficiency in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for students requiring speech-language services
- Deliver direct therapy to students individually or in group settings, supporting a variety of speech and communication needs
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, special educators, and parents to promote effective communication strategies
- Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, progress, and treatment outcomes
- Offer consultation and resources to staff and families to foster positive learning environments
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insights to the interdisciplinary team
