Embrace a full-time schedule, working 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday, in a dynamic educational environment near Beaverton, OR. Qualified candidates will receive an hourly rate of $90, with consideration for negotiation based on experience.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Current Oregon SLP license required
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) mandatory
- Strong background in conducting assessments, writing IEPs, and providing therapeutic intervention in school environments
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with students, staff, and families
- Previous experience in a school setting highly preferred
Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate students’ speech, language, and communication abilities
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for eligible students
- Provide direct therapy services, monitor student progress, maintain thorough documentation
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop strategies supporting student success
- Participate in IEP and team meetings, offering expert input and recommendations
- Engage families and caregivers in support of student goals as needed
