Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license in New York State
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Previous experience with pediatric or school-aged populations strongly preferred
- Familiarity with the school setting and IEP process
- Effective communication and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students’ speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in accordance with each student’s IEP
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other support professionals
- Monitor and document student progress toward communication goals
- Consult on classroom strategies to support inclusive learning
- Attend required school meetings, workshops, or parent conferences as necessary
