Position Overview
2026–2027 School Year | Elementary Setting
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team for the 2026–2027 school year. This is a full-time, on-site position supporting students in an elementary school setting, where you’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students’ communication and academic success.
Responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose, and provide treatment for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and treatment goals
- Provide direct therapy services in individual and group settings
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student outcomes
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student evaluations
- Provide consultation and support to school staff regarding communication strategies
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Arizona SLP license (or ability to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred (CFs may be considered)
- Experience working in a school setting, particularly with elementary-aged students, preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
