This in-person role is designed for a professional holding either a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or currently completing a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY). The position involves managing a caseload primarily at the middle school level, with some responsibilities in the elementary school environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to approximately 30 students across middle and elementary grades.
- Assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other support staff to promote student progress.
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all state and district policies.
- Participate actively in school meetings and contribute to interdisciplinary teams.
Qualifications:
- Current Louisiana state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Certification as an SLP with a CCC or actively engaged in CFY.
