Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active SLP state license (or eligible for licensure)
- CCC certification desirable; strong candidates completing CFY also considered
- Previous experience in schools, pediatrics, or healthcare settings a plus
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
- Passion for helping children thrive academically and socially
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders for a diverse student population
- Create customized therapy plans and monitor student progress
- Consult and collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Provide direct and indirect service delivery in accordance with IEP goals and state/federal guidelines
- Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP and eligibility meetings
