- A valid Tennessee Speech-Language Pathology license.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Previous experience in pediatric and/or elementary school settings.
- Strong knowledge of assessment tools, therapy techniques, and IEP documentation.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with students, teachers, and families.
- A commitment to collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

- Delivering direct therapy services to elementary students in accordance with IEP goals.
