This opportunity is for experienced Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) and Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) to support K-12 educational services in a school setting located in Vail, Oregon (zip code 97918). The positions are contract-based for the 2026-2027 school year, offering full-time hours with a caseload that promotes impactful student engagement.

Responsibilities include delivering on-site SLP services with caseloads of 25-30 students for SLPs, spanning kindergarten through 12th grade. The SLPA role focuses on supporting students from kindergarten through 6th grade and involves early intervention responsibilities. The SLP position requires supervision of up to two SLPA staff members, creating a collaborative and supportive environment for service delivery. Working hours are Monday through Thursday from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, with a shorter day on Fridays, allowing for a balanced schedule.

Key Qualifications:

  • Certification in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or current CFY status for SLP candidates
  • Experience in pediatric, school-based, or healthcare settings, including teletherapy
  • Ability to supervise and collaborate with SLPA staff for SLP candidates
  • Relevant SLPA certification and experience in school or healthcare settings for SLPA candidates
  • Strong communication and organizational skills to manage caseload effectively
