Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Current or pending licensure and certification appropriate for the state’s educational requirements

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building rapport with students, colleagues, and families
- Ability to develop and implement effective intervention and therapy plans
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy for students ranging from kindergarten through twelfth grade
- Conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and maintain thorough documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and support staff to support students’ educational and developmental needs
- Monitor student progress and adjust therapy approaches as needed to maximize outcomes
- Participate in team meetings and professional development to ensure best practices
