- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Valid state licensure or ability to obtain prior to start
- Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
- Dedication to fostering growth in children and adolescents with varying speech and language needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized therapy plans for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Deliver engaging, evidence-based interventions both one-on-one and in group settings
- Collaborate with educators, staff, and families to support students’ communication goals within the academic curriculum
- Monitor, track, and report progress regularly
- Contribute to IEP meetings, accurately preparing documentation and updating therapy goals as needed
- Provide resources and training to families and staff to generalize communication skills in the classroom and beyond
