Qualifications:
- Master’s degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), or eligibility
- Active state licensure (or the ability to obtain prior to start)
- Experience working with K-12 students preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Commitment to evidence-based practices and collaborative work
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy to a diverse student population, adapting methods to fit varied caseloads
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student goals
- Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with school and regulatory requirements
- Engage in IEP meetings, providing input on student progress and recommendations
- Benefit from onsite TA support to streamline daily tasks, allowing more focus on direct student care
