Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Olathe, KS

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid SLP license for the state of Kansas
- Kansas State Department of Education (KSDE) license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) is highly preferred
- Experience working with pediatric populations and in school or healthcare environments
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide diagnostic and therapeutic speech, language, and communication services to elementary students (PreK-5th grade)
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals
- Document student progress and communicate outcomes with teachers, support staff, and families
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support student needs and inclusion
- Participate in student evaluation, IEP meetings, and ongoing professional development
