School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) / Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) Opportunity – Okeechobee, FL
Soliant is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) for a school-based opportunity in Okeechobee, Florida. This position offers the chance to work in a supportive educational environment and make a meaningful impact on students’ communication and academic success.
Position Details:
Location: Okeechobee, FL
Setting: School-based
Schedule: Full-time
Caseload: Assigned based on district requirements
Responsibilities:
Provide speech and language services under the direction of district guidelines (SLPA) or independently (SLP)
Support students with articulation, language, fluency, and pragmatic goals
Implement and document IEP goals and therapy sessions
Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
Maintain accurate records and compliance with district and state requirements
Qualifications:
SLP: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and active Florida SLP license (or eligibility)
SLPA: Active Florida SLPA license (or eligibility)
School-based experience preferred, but not required
Strong collaboration and communication skills
